This anime OVA has two episodes. Each episodes runs for about 30 minutes.
Chiga Yasuhiro-is a young man in high school who secretly loves his senpai,Yuuzo Kokusai after changing his view into the world making him attempt to be nicer to others.He loves Yuuzo but he is still doubtful and hesitant to confess his feelings.
Yuuzo Kokusai- is a year older than Chiga,he is currently on his second year on high school.He is very honest and just says whatever comes in his mind.One can also say that he is also gullible and easy to deceive.He also loves Chiga but is'nt aware of Chiga's feelings towards him.

Even as Chiga tries to keep the student council president Kokusai - who unwittingly exudes his powerful, man-seducing charm - out of trouble, Vice President Chiga finds himself being drawn to the president's strength and power. Okay,okay...woooooh! really really like this yaoi OVA so much..wew!..their sex scenes are just soooooo..*drools*...hahaha..the background music also makes my fujoshi radar spike!! ^____^
The graphics for me are gorgeous!..hahahaha that's because Chiga is just so HOT!.and Kokusai is just so CUTE!..but I really really HATED it when I found out that KOKUSAI WAS MOLESTED!!!!..ajujujuju....why? oh why?....but its FINE because Chiga was still KOKUSAI's FIRST..otherwise I'll commit suicide..*joke!..hahaha
Anyway,I recommend this yaoi anime to those who wants to watch a cute love story with lots of sex scenes on it..although the sex scenes are only on the SECOND OVA....^___^
